Thinking of becoming a good samaritan, how do you get your Defibrillators online? Communities wishing to include the details of a Public Access Defibrillator Programme on www.irishdefib.ie can do so free of charge. This includes GAA Clubs and other sporting organisations. Simply contact us with the information, this can all be done extremely quickly and simply by e mail. Charges apply only to businesses that wish to highlight the fact that they have an AED on site for the benefit of their customers and surrounding community. This is a modest annual fee. How is the AED accessed? It is 24 hour, public access? Is a key / code required? We only wish to know how to get the key or code, ie, all local businesses have it. Is it a responder scheme with volunteers on call, what is the contact telephone number? |
